Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview

This policy applies to Recruiter Pro and Candidate Pro subscription payments on HCTPL Job Portal only. It does not apply to HCTPL Global Staffing client workspace tiers or staffing mandate fees.

2. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your portal Settings → Subscription.
• Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not delete your account or past application history.
• Free-tier limits apply again after the paid period ends.

3. Refunds

Pro subscriptions deliver immediate digital access. Fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

We may issue a refund at our discretion for duplicate charges, payment succeeded but Pro not activated within 7 business days, or where required by applicable consumer law.

4. How to request

Email haricornucopiatech@gmail.com or call +91 80192 14695 with your account email, payment date, and PhonePe order reference.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking timelines.
