Personal Data Request

1. Your rights

If you have a candidate or recruiter account on HCTPL Job Portal, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated profile data.

We process requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies.

2. Delete my data

• Email haricornucopiatech@gmail.com or call +91 80192 14695 with subject line "Delete my Job Portal data".
• Send from the email address registered on your account so we can verify you.
• State whether you are a candidate, recruiter, or both.
• Deletion removes your profile from the talent pool and closes your account; some billing or fraud-prevention records may be retained as required by law.

3. Access or correction

For a copy of your data or to correct profile fields, email haricornucopiatech@gmail.com or call +91 80192 14695 with subject line "Job Portal data request".

You can also update most profile fields directly in your candidate or recruiter dashboard without contacting us.

4. Response time

We aim to confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete verified deletion or access requests within 30 days, subject to complexity and legal retention requirements.
