• Profile and résumé data you choose to upload.
• Application history and pipeline status on the board.
• Payment metadata for Pro subscriptions (handled by our payment partner).
• Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and session identifiers.

2. How we use data

We use data to operate the job board — display listings, route applications, show usage limits, process Pro upgrades, and respond to support requests.

Employers see candidate information only for applications received or talent-pool previews permitted by profile visibility settings.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with payment processors to complete Pro checkout and with infrastructure providers that host the Job Portal under confidentiality obligations.

4. Your choices

You may update profile data in your dashboard, request correction, or ask for account deletion by emailing haricornucopiatech@gmail.com or calling +91 80192 14695.

Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, or law.
