1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users of HCTPL Global Staffing.

2. Permitted use

  • Legitimate hiring and recruitment activities.
  • Providing accurate job and candidate information.
  • Using AI assistants for good-faith discovery and screening.
  • Complying with employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.

3. Prohibited use

  • Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory hiring practices prohibited by law.
  • Impersonation, credential sharing, or bypassing authentication or payment controls.
  • Scraping, bulk harvesting, or reverse engineering the Platform.
  • Introducing malware or attempting unauthorised access to systems or data.
  • Misrepresenting tier requirements to obtain capabilities not paid for.
  • Using the Platform to build a competing product using our proprietary flows or data.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, suspension, termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
